How Log Periodic Antennas Works?
Log periodic antennas are made up of layers of air such as air or crystals such as crystal. These layers of air function as layers of electrons. This concept is more closely related to magnetism than electronic devices. When applied to radiated waves, these types of antennas can be found everywhere – on radio equipment, satellite dishes, cell phones, TV, and so forth. Most often, however, they’re also used for the transmission of power, communication and data services. The idea behind using them was that they were very sensitive to certain frequencies. But over time, they have become less sensitive, and thus, less important. With that, companies and individuals start shifting to other technologies. Types Of Log Periodic Antennas That Are Used Today
There are two types of log periodic antennas: Type A’s which are built on structures called “metal stacks” and Type B’s which are built on structures called “metal plates,” just like the name suggests. While the main difference between them lies in their material that has been used to build them, there is not much else to draw attention. However, Type A and Type B antenna designations are still used. Each type of antenna provides particular properties that allow its users to take advantage of them.
